Apart from its energy consumption level, the brain’s extraordinary ability to store immense amount of information also sets it apart. The total storage capacity of the brain is estimated to be around 2.5 petabytes, equivalent to 1 million gigabytes. This makes the brain an exceptional data storage entity, capable of holding a lifetime’s worth of knowledge and experiences.
